Creator Portfolio – Google and YouTube API Data
Creator Portfolio is a private content-management and publishing system developed by Valuuttavelhot Oy under the VV Black Box brand.
Creator Portfolio uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services only after an authorized account owner grants access. Depending on the permissions granted, Creator Portfolio may access information associated with the authorized YouTube account, including channel information, video information and metadata, publishing status, and YouTube analytics or performance data.
This information is used only to provide Creator Portfolio functionality, including managing authorized content, publishing content when authorized, retrieving information about published content, and presenting or processing relevant performance information. Creator Portfolio does not request or store a user’s Google or YouTube password.
Authorization tokens and YouTube API data may be stored where necessary to maintain the authorized connection and provide the requested functionality. Access to this information is restricted to authorized systems and persons acting on behalf of Valuuttavelhot Oy. Creator Portfolio does not sell Google or YouTube user data.
Creator Portfolio uses YouTube API Services and is therefore subject to the applicable YouTube API Services Terms and Policies. Google’s own handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Users may revoke Creator Portfolio’s access to their Google account through their Google Account permissions. Users may also request deletion of information stored by Creator Portfolio using the procedure described on the VV Black Box Data Deletion page. Revocation or deletion of information stored by Creator Portfolio does not itself delete content or information stored directly by YouTube.
Where YouTube API data is retained, it is refreshed, deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable YouTube API Services policies and the authorization granted by the account owner.
