ShotRank Safety & Legal Reports
Child Safety Standards
ShotRank is a social photo competition platform operated by:
Valuuttavelhot Oy
Business ID 3226480-1
Finland
Contact: vv@vvblackbox.com
This page explains how to report safety concerns, illegal content, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, intellectual-property violations, inappropriate advertisements and moderation decisions.
It also contains ShotRank’s published Child Safety Standards and information about the protections used for teen accounts.
1. Emergency situations
ShotRank is not an emergency service.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
After contacting the appropriate emergency authority, you may also report relevant ShotRank content to us.
2. Reporting content in ShotRank
Users should normally use ShotRank’s in-app reporting tools to report:
● abusive content;
● harassment;
● inappropriate photographs;
● suspicious accounts;
● Community Guidelines violations.
You may also block another user using ShotRank’s blocking functionality.
For the specific legal or safety matters described below, you may contact us directly.
3. Teen online-safety protections
ShotRank is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Users known to ShotRank to be under 13 are not permitted to use the service and enter ShotRank’s under-age restriction and deletion process.
For accounts in the 13–17 age band, ShotRank requires additional safety steps before normal social access is enabled.
These include:
● acknowledgement of an online-safety reminder;
● a parent-or-guardian adult-action step;
● creation of a guardian PIN; and
● guardian control over whether the teen account’s social features are enabled.
The safety reminder instructs teen users not to share sensitive personal information, to consider what a photograph may reveal about their location or identity, to use blocking/reporting tools when needed and to involve a trusted adult when something feels unsafe.
A guardian may later disable the teen account’s social features using the guardian control.
The parent-or-guardian step is a ShotRank platform-safety mechanism and is not government identity verification.
These controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate all online risks.
4. Child Safety Standards
ShotRank has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
ShotRank prohibits:
● creation or distribution of CSAM;
● sexualization of minors;
● grooming;
● sexual solicitation of minors;
● requesting sexual images from minors;
● sextortion;
● trafficking or sexual exploitation;
● attempts to buy, sell or exchange sexual material involving minors;
● instructions for finding or accessing CSAM;
● attempts to normalize or encourage sexual relationships between adults and minors.
These rules apply to all ShotRank users.
A claim that content was a joke, consensual, artistic or fictional does not make sexual exploitation of a minor acceptable.
5. Reporting child sexual exploitation
Report child-safety concerns to:
vv@vvblackbox.com
Subject: ShotRank Child Safety
Include, where possible:
● ShotRank username;
● photograph/post identifier;
● profile identifier;
● description of the concern;
● any other information that helps us locate the content.
Do not send CSAM by email
Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material.
Send only the information needed to identify where the content appears.
ShotRank may preserve relevant evidence and notify competent authorities or child-safety organizations where required or permitted by law.
6. Take It Down
If a nude, partially nude or sexually explicit image of you was taken when you were under 18 and you believe it has been or may be shared online, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s Take It Down service may be able to help.
The service can create a digital fingerprint of an image while keeping the image itself on your device.
Participating platforms may use that fingerprint to identify matching content.
Do not download or obtain a copy of illegal imagery merely to use the service.
Take It Down is available internationally subject to the service’s own eligibility and availability rules.
7. Non-consensual intimate imagery
ShotRank prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual content shared without the depicted person’s permission.
If an intimate image of you has been posted without consent, contact:
vv@vvblackbox.com
Subject: ShotRank Intimate Image Report
Include:
● relevant username;
● post or image identifier;
● information showing where the content appears;
● a brief explanation of the issue.
You do not need to send another copy of the intimate image if the existing ShotRank content can be identified without doing so.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the report.
8. Illegal Content Notice
Any individual or organization may notify ShotRank about specific content they believe is illegal.
Send notices electronically to:
vv@vvblackbox.com
Subject: ShotRank Illegal Content Notice
To allow us to identify and assess the content, include:
1. why you believe the content is illegal, with a sufficiently detailed explanation and, where known, the relevant legal basis;
2. where the content appears, such as username, content/post identifier, link or other information allowing us to locate it;
3. your name and email address, except where applicable law allows this information to be omitted for certain reports involving child sexual abuse or exploitation; and
4. a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information and allegations in the notice are accurate and complete.
Providing precise information helps us process the notice efficiently.
Where valid electronic contact details are supplied, we will acknowledge receipt and provide information about our decision as required by applicable law.
ShotRank processes illegal-content notices in a diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner.
9. Threats to life or safety
If ShotRank becomes aware of information giving rise to a serious suspicion of a criminal offence involving a threat to a person’s life or safety, we may notify appropriate law-enforcement or judicial authorities as required by applicable law.
10. Copyright and intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content on ShotRank infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact:
vv@vvblackbox.com
Subject: ShotRank Copyright / IP Notice
Include:
● identification of the protected work;
● identification of the ShotRank content you believe infringes it;
● information allowing us to locate the content;
● your contact details;
● an explanation of your rights or authority to act for the rights holder;
● a good-faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorized;
● a statement that the information you provided is accurate.
We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary.
Knowingly false infringement notices may have legal consequences.
11. Moderation decisions
ShotRank may remove, reject, restrict or hold content where it violates:
● applicable law;
● the ShotRank Terms of Use;
● the Community Guidelines;
● safety requirements.
ShotRank uses automated tools and human review.
Automated moderation may be used to identify potentially unsafe photographs before publication.
Where we have appropriate contact information and applicable law requires it, affected users may receive information explaining why content or account access was restricted and whether automated tools contributed to the decision.
12. Requesting review of a moderation decision
If you believe a ShotRank moderation or account-enforcement decision was incorrect, contact:
vv@vvblackbox.com
Subject: ShotRank Moderation Appeal
Include:
● account username;
● relevant photograph or post;
● decision you are challenging;
● why you believe it should be reconsidered.
Requests are reviewed based on the available information, Community Guidelines, Terms of Use and applicable law.
Do not attach illegal sexual content involving minors.
13. Reporting an inappropriate advertisement
If an advertisement shown in ShotRank appears unsafe, misleading, inappropriate or unsuitable for the app’s audience, use any reporting or AdChoices controls presented with the advertisement where available.
You may also contact:
vv@vvblackbox.com

Include enough information to identify the advertisement, but do not interact with an advertisement in a way that puts you at risk.
